The Ranger Lean is the drivers side sitting lower than the passenger side as the driver, gas tank, and battery all weigh down that side.
If your truck is just lower in the front than the rear it probably could use some new springs in front. They do sag over time.

Due to all the heavy junk on the drivers side of the ranger, you get a tad bit of lean. If you springs/coils are new, then try adjusting the divers side Torsion bar up a tad higher than the passenger side.

Are you talking about the front to back height difference (rake), or side to side height difference?

my truck does the same thing; leaning to the front and particulary on the driver's side, probably going to change the coil/shocks in the front

I believe the OP is talking about rake (the front lower than the back)

This can only be fixed by cranking your torsion bars, or adjusting your front springs.

OR, if your torsion bars/springs are old and sagging, then it might be time for new ones.

Sometimes the kinda road your parked on can cause it to sit with a lean if the road or driveway is graded with a slope or crown.

Your truck is 4x4... you should have torsion bars and shocks... not coil springs. Sagging leave springs in the back maybe.

my 99 ranger did that to me also, except it leaned to the front and to the left, after many days of research and questioning, it ended up being the driver side sway bar end-link was missing a bushing, i bought a new kit from O'rielly's (like $12 with tax), installed it and now sits fine.
