i'm not sure of the number of the TSB for this but i could be your problem.
The airbag system is also ran through the seat wiring harnesses as mentioned before. What happens is, the harness was made secured to the body under the carpet below the seats, and when you slide your seat back to far/hard it causes the connectors to become loose/undone, which will bring on your airbag light. This is the only type of work i would even consider doing with the airbags. This is a very dangerous and serious system. If you accidentally set off an air-bag, insurance companies consider your vehicle to be totalled.
Coming from a dealership that was authorized to discharge airbags, i used to watch my dad and the master tech's take them outside when they had to discharge them. It's really cool, but it helps you see what kind of force they have. They would set them on the ground and discharge them with a car battery and the airbag assembly would shoot a good 20 to 50 feet straight up in the air. So be careful when fooling with them.
