Don't forget that our windshields already have right about 4" already blacked out at the top. You might have to watch that, I don't know whether they would consider that the windshield or not.

just a thought. i like the way the bottom is just a little OFF from the rest of the black truck in the photoshopped pic. ever though of doing a spray on lining to replace the two-tone? the yellow line-x truck has it done around the bottom of their ranger, bumpers, and even the grill. dont have any pics of it, but it looks really good. and functional if you ever take it off road.

I think leave the two-tone or put some sort of bed lining where the bottom paint was. As far as tint just get the darkest legal or slightly lighter for backing up at night. I'd stay away from any tint on the windshield. Getting the rims powdercoated black would be sweet! Just my $.02.

Oh by the way, my parents bought my truck for me as well. Having wealthy parents that reward you for doing well in school and holding a job is nice. Plus in FX4BlackRanger's case, look at the cars his parents own, it's pretty obvious they have money. As long as he's greatful to have the truck, he deserves it.

looks good man...do it...im a fan of the 2-tone though...one thing i noticed while driving in malibu a few weeks ago was how many people did not have illegal tint...it was weird...over on the other side of the hills everyone has illegal tint it seems like...my DD has tint all over with an 8" strip on the windshield, but my windwshield on my DD is HUGE! i have my little side windows at 5% and my fronts at 30% so there is a nice contrast but i can still see which is what matters most to me...

no step bars... 32 11.5 tires on either 15 or 16inch polished micky T wheels... cranked tbars and Beltech shakles.... tint and call it a DAY.. never get rid of that 2 tone.. it makes the truck... theres too many all black rangers out there.. and honestly (no offense to anyone) but black rims are totally overdone... Do something different.. my level2 almost had black wheels put on it.. but i ordered polished and do not regret it
