IFS bump stop hight

I was under my truck this morning and i noticed that my front bump stops are only about an inch away from the lower arm. Is that normal or should the T-bars be cranked a couple times?

No, the bump stops compress nearly flat already, no matter the length. All you'll lose is the ride quality, and gain nothing.
