I am hearing a noise in my wheels need help
Hello I have a 1994 Ford Ranger 4.0 4X4. Anyways lately I been hearing a "wooaah wooaah wooaah" sound whenever I go around curves, especially sharp curves. Sounds louder on curves that turn left. Do I need wheel bearings or something? I want to make sure before I fix the wrong thing. Anybody know what this is? Thanks a bunch to whoever can help me.
wheelbering , check the front end lock nuts , i re tighten mine every oil change right on the end of the spindle , when you pull your truck in wiggle the wheel befor you losten it , you will see the whole wheel and rotor assembly moving ,
prolly need whole new wheel hub. check break setup., if u have acxces to lift jack it up and put it in 4w. and see if it sounds,, if not then its not drivetrain or axles n such its the hub, cause its the road pressure causing it not just moving... ya kno? good luck
