for the front you need nothing more than the spindles

use 3" blocks in the rear with stock 4x4 rear shocks and possibly a 4x4 rear brake hose from the frame to the axle

I wouldn't use blocks. A 2 inch block completely "W" my rear springs in only a month. Not cool....

Do this for the rear instead...

Little more work, but much better outcome. Looks like this...

That's my 00' with spindles, 32's and the expo springs with Belltech 6400 shackle.

First order of business is getting those spindles...If they're not gone already. I know if you don't get em I will.

Nope. There's a few different ones. Some for coil spring, t-bar, big brakes, little brakes... As long as you get ones for the appropriate suspension type you can make them work.

Oh and Fabtech no longer makes them for the little brakes like I have. Have no fear, buy a set of big brake rotors and that's all you need to run the 11.25 brakes instead of the 10.25.
