get them at any auto parts store (autozone, advance, etc.) or you can get them online. www.rockauto.com has good prices

Don't get them from the alignment shop, they rape you on the price. I got +2 1/4 to -2 1/4 for $16 a piece from rock auto.

The problem is, if you don't go to an alignment shop you won't know the right size. And after you stick 'em in, you'll need an alignment anyway to make sure it got the camber right and to reset the toe in.

So, hate to say it, but this'd be kindof like shooting in the dark to do it yourself. And it isn't like you have a $10K alignment machine in your backyard...

But all this said, make sure you go to a good alignment shop. The equipments only as good as those who run it. The best ones to go to are the ones that do a lot of frame straightening after accidents--the shops that body shops send their bent cars to. After a lift or drop its good to take it to an alignment mechanic who can THINK.

I just got +2 1/4 to -2 1/4 for $16 each, put them on myself when I did my lift, then took it to an alignment shop. Definitely beats paying the $90 installed for a camber kit that they quoted me.
