sway bars

swaybars are great for reducing body roll...ive got an aftermarket rear swaybar on my truck and it helps a lot when cornering hard.
I have an extra rear swaybar brand new that will fit 98-06 rangers that im looking to sell...it would probably fit your 93 too with some slight modification (i.e. drilling 2 holes in the frame)...unless the frame in 93 is narrower that the 98+ rangers. Ask around to make sure itll fit your truck if youre interested in buying it from me. Send me a PM or hit me up on AIM if youre interested.

Depends on what you want.. ? they do reduce body roll... On my 95 probe Gt it comes stock with a 12mm i went to a 22mm. (the jump is so much i can kick the *** end out if i blip the trottle and toss the weight balance around) According the to the math, the upgrade was 1000 percent stiffer then stock. (on steep inclines i can 3 wheel it)
Yes its a good idea if you want hwy driving sure get both... I belive most 4 wheeling mags say remove it.

I've been driving (local and highway, not off-road) w/o my sway bar and I'm likin' it more and more. I know it's not the smartest thing to do for street driving, but I can feel the IFS working much better now, and I like that 'lean' that you get when going around corners. I hardly notice the difference anymore though.
I agree... these trucks are not race cars and aren't supposed to be driven like one. If you just can't keep your foot off the gas then maybe it would be good for you to upgrade your front SB and get one for the rear as well.
