its going to depend on your gears, with 3.73's i woundnt expect much.. however with 4.10s it wount be as bad. I have an 02 with 4.10s and 33x12.50x15 on an 8" steel wheel. i would say im fairly peppy, and depending on how i drive i can get 22 on the highway, or in town, 15-17mpg.

another thing to consider is the weight of the tire its self. Dick C's tend to be heavy, but with 11.5's as apposed to a 12.5 it may balance out. rotating mass will kill your mileage

I can't give you exact numbers but my '07 mileage seemed to stay the same because I drive almost all highway. If you're a city driver be prepared for quite a drop!

it all depends on your dealership... ive heard some are stingy about their warranties and "aftermarket mods" ... on the other hand.. a bodylift doesn't alter anything.. just raises the body up 3".. so you really shouldnt have a problem..
..and some candy. 3" Bodylift

your truck is sick, the blue with the dsg paint is the best colour combo.

Yea I have 3.73's with the 3.0 and unfortunately my mileage has dropped quite considerably.

its just a deezee low profile toolbox.. from my local van & truck world.. it was 370+tax.. little steep but it works great, and looks good too!

and oddly enough my neighbor has an fx4 with a deezee box (not low pro) and backrack... i think he had to boost up the box with some steel tubing to allow it to sit flush with the rack.. if that makes any sense..
