I'm still new to tires and rims

i was in my g/f's car and was lookin at my truck waitin on her and realized...i really like my current rims...there chrome, clean, and can stand out in a crowd when you have them all polished up...yes one day I will want to get some mickey thompson rims but for now i'd like to keep my rims....I have a 5/4 spindle lift in the mail and tires are comin up next..... with 33x12.5x15 can i roll with the rims i have now?Name:  Picture055.jpg

If you got the fabtech lift you will have to buy new wheels. If not then you can keep your current wheels but most people don't recommend running a 12.50 inch tire on a 7 inch wide wheel.

5/4 spindle lift? either way if u wanna run those tires i would suggest nothing less then a 15x8 rim

and that is a 15x7 inch rim? and y did you say 5/4 spindle lift? lol you sounded confused

Yes, your factory wheel is a 15x7. Mounting a tire that wide on a 7 inch wheel isnt recommended. Although you CAN do it, most likely the middles of your tires will wear out much faster than they should.

yea...F that....i'll just stick out stock suspension a lil longer and do it right with the MT's ....but while were at it... i shoule by the MT's that are 15x8? those are th

ok IDK WHAT happened j/a sec ago but anyways...those are the size rims i should be shooting for? for that tire size

all he's saying is that he got the 5" lift that uses spindles. 3" spindle and 2" coil and new upper arm.

By the way I'd shoot for the 15x10, but an 8 will work fine.

well whats gonna be the diff between the 15x10 and the 15x8?
