alloy vs steel...weight difference

thinking about getting some new 15x10 rims and was wondering what the weight difference would be between say...cragars and some eagle alloys....and does the weight make a big enough impact to not buy steelies...thanks

eagle alloys in 15x10 weigh about 20lbs per wheel. steel will be much heavier, not sure how much but it will effect MPG and power.

crager soft 8s weigh 34lbs each

In the last week I've measured two wheels. Stock level II alcoas weigh 16lbs. And mickey thompson classic 2s (15x8) weigh 15lbs.
And 32x11.5x15 BFG TA KOs weigh 43lbs
