Socal People And Body Lifts...

Does anyone from Socal have any experience with installing a BL? I'm getting new tires soon and I cant decide if I should get 35's for the BL or not. So
again does anyone have the skill to do it or know of a place that will do it for less then 400?

You can count out 4wheelparts because they don't do double lifts. I would find someone to do it with yourself because the cheapest place I have seen is Outlaw Offroad and they cost around $700 for a body lift. Definitely use 35s with the double lift. 33's look too small imo.

There you go man. You won't regret saving yourself some money and doing it yourself. I did it to my old truck and it took me 4 days but I still don't regret paying $600+ to have someone else do it. Plus you'll know how to help someone else do theirs when the time comes.

company policy, and liability. as why most people get upset with us. our company sells what the manufactor suggests, and does not want to venture into a gray area in which something we did that wasnt part of what is allowed caused anything to go wrong. im assuming the business we may loosed from that, is less than what it would cost if it cost someone their life, or major damage to their vehicle. in which i agree %100.

You've been talking about it for a while now, if your going to do it mine as well do it now to save yourself steps and money (eg: buying new 33s then buying new 35s).

I sent a PM to Ranger and I said we should do it down there since he already has all the tools and Im guessing the room to do it. If all this some how magicaly lines up ill probably be able to do it in the next weeks or so. The only other things that are gonna have to happen is I'm gonna cut the exhaust, take off the spare, take off my front bar and make some new brackets if I decide to put it back on and mount the hitch higher. Atleast I think thats everything that will be 3''s lower.

Anything else besides the BL kit 35''s and alot of thread lock Ill need?

After I finish the 35''s and BL I'll concentrate on my engine and gears cause it will be SLOW.

Me and Ranger were talking and neither him or I have space to do this so does anyone have room?

I can't wait to see it when it's done. You'll be the first 06 double lifted that I've seen.
