2.3 stalls after tps and valve gasket replacement

I just changed the tps and valve cover gasket. To change the gasket you have to remove the throttle body.

I put everything back together but now it runs rough, stalls when idling. It also stalls when your driving and coasting or put in the clutch to stop. While driving it runs as smooth as a baby butt.

The only thing I was iffy on was the rubber line connecting to the bottom of the throttle body. It doesn't look like it is in all the way.

Does the iac need to be reset or something like that?

Welcome to the forum

No, the IAC doesn't need to be reset, but does need to be connected, make sure TPS and IAC valves wires made a good connection.
When you start a cold fuel injected engine the RPMs should high, 1,500+, then drop to about 1,100, that's the IAC Valve opening all the way and then closing a bit to set high cold engine idle, then idle will slowly drop over the next 5 minutes or so as the engine warms up, if that doesn't happen then IAC is not working.

Other than that it reads like a Vacuum Leak, make sure all the vacuum lines got plugged back in, especially the PCV valve and hose
