Evap system giving a Check Engine Light???

I noticed my Check Engine Light come on and I took it to auto zone. They did a diagnostic on it and it came up to be a leak in the evap system somewhere. It noted that it was a large leak. Is this a common issue for 2.3L? It is a 2003 XLT.

usually it's the flow valve and/or solenoid that goes bad. you could try cleaning out the flow valve with carb cleaner first then re-set the CEL.

Check your fuel filler (hose to the gas tank), there maybe a leak. This is a common failure for EVAP test. You can buy a replacement online for $90. Hope this will help.
