Explorer guage swap

I swapped in an explorer guage cluster a while ago when i figured out you could have a tach by just plugging it in.. i also swapped the computer on the back with my correct miles on to the new cluster but since then the temp guage has not worked..

is there any wire under the hood i could splice into and run a hardwire directly to the back of the cluster? and what color is that wire? any other ideas or options!? thanks guys

maybe you got a bum cluster.

You can carry over the actual temp gauge from your stock unit over to the explorer unit.
