Is it worth doing a frame swap or replacement

Well I just got it a month ago from a family member and I'm starting to want to mod it and don't want to start on anything just to have it all fall apart of always wanted to have a mini truck and be apart of it so I like my truck alot

 

find a truck with a good frame and a good starting point

 

True I can always use mine for a spare I know everything works just needs the frame
