Head bolts?

Head bolts?
about a year ago i replaced my head gasket
i torqued down all the bolts to spec but now
i have a problem...
3 and 4 cylinder spark plugs are BLACK (4 is worse than 3)
compression in those cylinders is also low
and there is a small oil leak on the back of the block...either from the valve cover or the head...i haven't looked yet i just glanced at it
Would loose head bolts cause this or am i F'd?

Do your compression test again but put a little engine oil in 3 and 4 cylinders if your compression goes up your rings are shot if it stays the same then your loosing your compression past your valves or a bhg. Post back and good luck i just went through a rebuild on my truck for bad rings.
