Replacing catalytic converter? B2300

How hard to replace ('94) B2300 catalytic converter? I saw a CATCO direct-fit converter (CAT4627) online for $110, any good?

Thanks in advance.

Make sure it is legal for use in CA. It will have to be installed by an exhaust shop since welding is required unless you can weld.
