The other day, I finally fixed my forward and rearward leaf spring shakles on the driver side, after 2 weeks, left my friends garage, made it almost 25 miles towards home, and I was hitting 70mph and I hear a word noise so I get off the exit and go to my mom's, come to find out I have no tranny fluid and my tail extension housing is busted, still can move and everything, I got it on a trailer and unloaded it at home, what is it that could have caused this randomly?

I assume 4cyl engine, and automatic trans

Where is the crack/break, at the transmission end or drive shaft end?
