Vacuum Line Question (intake manifold)

I just pulled my intake manifold and a large vacuum line pulled off with it. It’s about a foot long total, molded, and plugs right into the engine. It has a piece of metal (maybe a check valve?) on the end of the side that plugs into the engine, and I would like to replace this hose and whatever that metal piece is. I just can’t figure out what it’s called. Diagrams weren’t much help. Anyone have any idea what this is in reference to a diagram? That would be very helpful I’m trying to take care of these while I’m in there.

Thanks! I was able to find the PCV valve replacement on Amazon but haven't had luck finding a molded hose.
