Vacuum lines?

I have 4 vacuum lines that I am trying to replace that I can't seem to find anywhere. The first one connects to the front of the throttle body from the top of the engine, it is about 8 inches long and curves.

The second connects to the underside of the throttle body after the plate and connects to some kind of valve on the drivers side left wall.

The third connects to the bottom of the upper intake manifold from mid-lower engine on the drivers side. About 6 inches under the fuel rail.

And the forth vacuum line connects to the upper intake manifold front the Pcv valve.

Does anyone know what these are and where to purchase, or part numbers? All the hose numbers are gone from age and wear.
