1999 Ford Ranger 3.0 engine removal?

Hey guys I am new here and I am taking on the project this weekend to remove my 3.0 engine out of my 99 ranger.. Any tips you guys want to give me? I read a lot of the removal process and seem pretty easy. I know to take my time and make sure everything is disconnected and all but didnt know if you guys had any other tip to give? Also does anyone know what size bolts thread into the ends of the cylinder heads to attach the lifting chain to remove it?
Thank You

10mm I think. You have to be careful as the chain will ride against the valve cover and bolts. I made some lifting plates to raise the chain up 4 inches off the valve covers.Make sure you disconnect the little screw on the engine/transmission plate behind the oil pan. I forgot it and bent the crap out of mine. Take your time and mark all your electrical and vacuum lines. You'll be glad you did when you go back in with a new one.

Where did you find this guide? I hadn't found one. I have to do a valve job and really want to read up on it.

Thanks
