Yes, in tank pump was a lift pump for carburetor use, so under 9psi
High pressure pump in the frame rail was added with fuel injection so can generate up to 50psi, FPR is set for 40-43psi, so closing off the FPR's fuel return line won't hurt anything, I doubt o-rings would leak.

Ron thanks!Well, I have a gas in the manifold valley thing going on, but I'll review that later.Today: Tested flow between main pump and fuel selector reservoir. Got a good flow on both tanks, (did your jumper wire trick to select each inline tank pump--unhooked high pressure pump)… Yes, got good flow. Rigged up a way to read pressure by using a clean fuel filter as in inline bridge to my gauge. Got a good flow, but guess what: no reading for psi from either in tank pump????tony
