3.0 idle issues plus jerking under load

so i just bought my ranger 2001 3.0 2wd and i noticed it took 3 times to start EVERY time and i have changed the coil pack, plugs, wires, cleaned the MAF sensor, cleaned and tested the EGR valve, and i had a code for my camshaft position sensor so i changed it, and i replaced air filter and fuel filter, i also changed oil and filter and i have ran seafoam and a valve cleaner through as directed.and i still have the jerking and starting problems they may be seperate issues (E.G. starter/ignition and ???) any help would be greatly appreciated
