Im changing the heads on my 2005 ,3.0 litre ,with heads from a 2000,3.0 litre.Should there be any issues involved ? Thanks

No, heads are the same, 2004-2006 3.0l heads could have bad exhaust valve seats, not so on the 2000 3.0l

There are gas only and flex fuel 3.0l heads, but either can be used as a set on any block and with any intake manifold and exhaust
Gas only or Flex fuel was about the computer and injectors not the engine

2000 or 2005 uses TTY head bolts so they can not be reused, need new head bolts
