I have a 1996 Splash 3.0L. The high pressure AC valve is leaking. This valve body is swagged into a small canister on the high pressure line coming out of the AC Compressor. I purchased an off the shelf set of schrader valves, caps and valve removal tool. The tool diameter is too large to fit into the valve body. I can not seem to find vehicle specific replacement parts. Any thoughts?

Are you referring to the Receiver/drier unit, small canister?

Not an expensive part and easy to find, but have to drain system to replace it

Pressure switches can be "hot swapped", don't have to drain system, but not valves

 

No it's not that canister. I have attached an image from on line of the canister that holds the valve
