cigar lighter shorted out and also data module

my 2003 3.0 ranger had the cigar lighter short out as well as the data port where my OBD-2 connects. All fuses under the hood are good and I cannot find an interior access panel for additional fuses?.............HELP

On the passenger side there is a fuse box on the front, right side. There is a little panel you have to take off to get to it. The fuse you blew is in there.

Pre-2004 models have the interior fuse panel on the drivers side (end of the dash).

Common thing with Ford and their trucks (perhaps the cars too?), by putting the OBDII and cigarette lighter on the same fused circuit. My 2004 F150 had this same issue. I had a bad phone charger that would blow the fuse, which in turn disabled the OBDII port.
