Keep getting these codes, I have changed the following. Plugs, wires, coil pack, cam sensor, crank sensor, both oxygen sensors and the fuel filter. Cleaned the mass sensor and changed the air filter. The code days miss fire at startup in the first 1000 rpm. Should i change the fuel injector on 5? Thanks

If its a 2004-2006 Ranger with 3.0l you have failing exhaust valve seats

It may not be this........................but I would certainly do a compression test before spending any money or time on other attempts to repair
