Pretty Sure its a misfire

So ive been listening to what i think is a misfire for the last week. So far i have no CEL's and its runs fine in 1st and 2nd so its only under load that it starts to miss. Well when i give it more than 25% throttle in 3rd or 4th it starts to buck and the engine sometimes makes a little pop or quiet backfire. So im gonna be doing a oil change, new spark plugs, wires, coil, cap and rotor, and washing out my filter. Hopefully this will cure my problem if not what are your guy's opinions on the matter, like what should i check?

Well got it all figured out. One of the wires was grounding out on the exhaust manifold. And the rotor was shot. Shes running good now.
