I re-read your first post you had a p0171 code. I missed that. Bank 1 running lean. You may be having pre-detination. Bank one is always the side of the engine with cylinder 1 so passenger side. On my engine. Predtination and rod knock sound almost the same. I was too quick to click the clip and missed the engine code. Lol fix that lean condition first that may fix your knock. You could try running 93 octane gas as well depending on how hot that bank 1 cylinder is getting it may fix it. Lean condition makes engine run hot so it's more likely to detonate.

Check this video out. Might help you diagnose. May not rule out the crankshaft bearings. But with a lean code there is a real good chance it's just detonation. That is probably good news as it doesn't involve an engine overhaul, lol.

I read some codes and live data and the code said bank 2 not 1. My bad. Also live data had fuel trim bank 2 at 12% also the engine load went straight to 22% when started. vacuum leak?

Engine load at idle in park/neutral should be 18-28%, thats normal, its not "load" as in pulling a weight

If only 1 bank is showing high fuel trims and O2 sensors have 100k miles or over 10 years old then change the 2 upstream O2 sensors and re-check fuel trims in a week or so
A vacuum leak usually occurs in upper intake so effects BOTH banks of an engine(same as failing MAF sensor would do), when just one bank is showing higher fuel trims then its usually an older O2 sensor, not always, usually
Could also be lower intake vacuum leak or exhaust manifold leak on that bank

+12% STFT on bank 2 shouldn't set a Lean code, usually it needs to get to 15% and higher to set lean codes

What are the EXACT Codes you have now?

I went to auto shop and the guy found the problem in 1 minute. One of my spark plug wires was hitting the exhaust manifold and the wire had a big *** hole in it. It was burnt to a crisp...
no more knock. He only charged me $10 and said i'll give you a break kid lol

A lesson to be learned here: don’t panic until you’ve thoroughly diagnosed the issue.

glad you got it fixed.

He said i should replace all the wires since there're the original ones. Should I replace them all?

definitely. I used to change my wires every year with my annual tune-up. On older cars. Plugs, wires, cap and rotor. Fuel air filters and PC valve. The copper plugs where only good for a year I believe. These platinum plugs last longer, but I'd always change the plugs and wires together, whatever that service interval is.

I still need help with the p0174 code. My engine idles normal at 800 rpm but my engine vibrates or shakes and its quite annoying because my mirrors shake too and you can feel it in the seats.

The vibration is a misfire and that can cause code P0174(lean on drivers side)

So cylinders 4, 5 or 6 is misfiring
I assume you changed or at least looked at the spark plugs after finding one of the spark plug wires shorted
If not pull all 3 spark plugs on drivers side and have a look at the tips, this may tell you which one is misfiring

Then you can focus on that cylinder and find out why its misfiring

while the engine was running i unplugged the fuel injectors and the idle changed so there're good. also the same for spark plug wires. Idle changed so those are good. I only checked bank 5 spark plug and saw no burns. looked normal to me.

Google: spark plug diagnosis chart

See if any of the 3 on drivers side looks different from the other 2, that would be a sign that something is different in that one cylinder
So its important to keep them in order after removal

And all 3 look the same?

Then change O2 sensor on that bank and reset codes
