Engine noise (video)

I don't know what's making the sound. Engine is warmed up. If you know what it is, please let me know.

Can't quite be sure, but............

When engine is cold loosen fan belt and remove it from crank, so accessories don't spin, start engine, see if it makes the noise.
You can run a cold engine 2 or 3 minutes without water pump, but no longer, let it cool down if you need to repeat test.
Battery light will stay on......no alternator turning

If no noise, test each pulley by spinning, especially idler pulley and tensioner pulley, they are common noise makers

If it still makes the noise it might be easier to track down without the fan noise, common issue on 3.0l is the CAM synchronizer, it is in the distributor hole at the back of the engine, Cam position sensor sits on top of it, the bushings wear out and cause a squealing noise, doesn't sound like that to me in the video but............
They last about 80-100k miles

I actually did change out the belt tensioner along with the pulley. That may be it. However, I did listen to where the camshaft synchronizer is located and it seemed the noise was more or less coming from the front of the engine. Would the camshaft synchronizer be capable making that kind of sound? I'm thinking it is the belt tensioner.

It did sound more like a pulley, and less like a synchronizer, but you are there I am here so......
