Engine Rebuild Manual

Hello,

I have to completely rebuild the 3.0 flex fuel engine in my 1999 Ranger. I have driven myself nuts, searching the net for a rebuild book.

I have used HP Books "How to rebuild your Ford small block" and "how to rebuild your Ford big block" manuals in the past, but cannot find any books for the 1999 V6.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Thanks

Before you rebuild check prices on Jasper and other mfg. replacement crate engines. I find if the engine requires anything more than a cyl. hone, crank polish and valve job you can save $$, time, grief and vehicle downtime.
