Exhaust?

Well right now im running what looks to be a 2 inch pipe from the muffler back which was my paps fix of the exhaust to get it up to inspection. Now I wanna upgrade and get something that sounds nice, id like deep and loud.

Im completely new to exhaust and know almost nothing. What size pipe should I use? Are the cherry bomb glasspacks any good? I dont wanna be spending a ton of money and my gf might buy my muffler as a present so i dont wanna ask for somethin too expensive. I can get free pipe because of my paps work but I dont know what size would be good.

Any tips or hints would be nice

Just search youtube for exhaust vids, flowmaster and magnaflow are commonly put in these trucks. I think I have a 2.5" pipe

For deep and loud go with a Flowmaster Super 44. I had one on my 3.0 and it wasn't bad, just got to be too loud for my likings.

I went to my local exhaust shop which carries them readily on hand and just said hey I want that one... i think through the site you can call them up and see if they will ship you want you want. If not Im pretty sure they can point you to a shop that carries them or can get them.

Yeah the shop I did mine at had flo-pro. But they were having a sale on magnaflow plus you can't go wrong with their warranty. Nice to know I can go anywhere in the US and have it fixed :)
Gibson sounds mean also
