Fault codes PO171 PO174

Have a 2000 Ranger with the CE light on and the above codes...I have removed and cleaned the MAF sensor but the light remains on. All help is appreciated. Doc

what motor do you have...sounds like theres a vac leak somewhere or a o2 sensor went bad

yes indeed...it was an O2 sensor....have 3.0 6cyl. Thank you for the reply, I appreciate it. Doc
