Finding Top Dead Center

Finding Top Dead Center

I have an 2002 ranger with 3.0L in it and i am going to replace the camshaft synchronizer and i need to figure out how to find top dead center cause manual does not tell me how to figure it out. thanks.

Let me know how easy it was to find TDC. I have a 02 as well and I'm looking at replacing the cam synch.
