Thats what i wanted but dad said i had to have some sort of muffler on because of the cops up here in ohio

yes there is a law against loud noises... its called "disturbing the peace"

no as long as the cats are on and theres a muffler your truck can be as loud as you want in ohio

a muffler makes the noise softer... hence the term...

Don't think you should do it. IMO, it won't sound great. But thats just me, and its your truck

I just don't think super loud exhaust works well without a V8
