common *** pains

currently deployed an got around to paying off my truck. so i was looking to get ahead on some repairs while im gone. i know about the timing cover leaking antifreeze and the cam-synchro sensor needing replacement as two of the common problems with this engine. but i have done some reasearch on the motor and turned no results. nothing new anyway. looked on this site and saw no repeating or recurring problems either. does anyone know of any common problems that this motor has or things that would be a good idea to have replaced? the truck has 150k on it and i really dont know what is common to go with wear on these motors. anyone have anything they would like to chime in? just lookin to see what i can get ahead of to get the max life out of my truck, and since i just use it mainly as a daily driver it dosent go through much stress.
