Does anyone know how to remove a grille on a 2003 edge?

 

Its so easy you could choke.

4 screws on top (7/32's) and 2 tabs near the bottom. You should tape up the metal bumper with masking tape so the grille dosent come popping up fast and scratch the top metal portion of your bumper.

should take no more than 5 minutes.

 

the only possible way i can see to take the grille off is the 6 7/32" screws on the top of the grille and 2 7/32" screws on top of each light. Then i noticed 6 clips in order to take the bottom half off, but thats where im having trouble, i can't seem to pop those off, i cant access the 2 behind each light. How do i remove the clips?

 

Remove the headlights, use a small screw driver to pop all the clips off. Press down and out on the top of the clip, it should pop out.

 

Remove those 7-9 screws on the header panel. remove headlamps and corners. take small screw driver to those tabs under the headlamps. pull out on the grill to unsnap the bottom tabs directly behind the grille. That's how i do it. And if those 'tabs' come off the grille, it's no biggie, just get them out the header panel, and push them back onto the grille.

 

It takes some pulling. A guy at my work helped me but it still took a while.
