Welcome to the forum

Do 50/50 test
Spray gasoline or starting fluid into the intake and try to start engine

If it starts and dies then you have a fuel problem
If it doesn't start then its a spark problem
50/50, easy peasy

Spark is not spark unless it is at the right time
Fuel is not fuel unless it is IN the cylinder with some air

Its fine to use a spark tester or test for fuel pressure, but ultimately its a waste of time until you do the 50/50 test

The 3rd thing an engine needs is COMPRESSION, can't start without it
If 50/50 doesn't get engine to start, it is probably getting spark at the wrong time but.........................it could be lack of compression, so quick test of a couple of cylinders could be done, you need at least 120psi of compression to get gasoline to ignite with a spark
