Head with 7mm valve springs replacing factory 8mm valve springs

My 1994 ranger overheated, cracked both heads and gasket. I bought 2 remanufactured heads with 7mm valve springs. The place I bought them from said they were a direct bolt on for my year, even though the valve springs are different in size. My question is, do I need to change the rocker arms, pushrods, or anything else to make this work like it should? My factory heads had 8mm valve springs.

Rockers are the same just the valve STEM size was changed, springs were also changed for the different retainer size needed

3.0l Vulcan heads are interchangeable from 1986 to 2008
