Help with tensioner Pulley and Serpentine belt removal
I need to take off (and replace) the serpietine belt in my 96 3.0L. What type of Type/size of Torque bolt is used in the tensioner pulley. I am having trouble getting something to fit it. Any points to illustrated how tos or advice also welcomed. Thx, Jim

Do you remeber the type of Bolt in the center that is used to adjust it though,
The bolt in the center of tensioner pulley that I need to loosen is not a standard hex bolt but some of star shaped torque bolt. Do you happen to remeber the size. BTW thanks again for the help as I got the 4 bolts for the Water pump pulley loosened and should be able to easily take off the fan clustch once I get the belt off. Jim
