Hydro-locked. Help?

So, Im pretty sure I hydro-locked my engine the other day. Hit a pretty big puddle, engine shut down. It started back up, and I had a check engine light. I ran a diagnostics and the 6th coil was misfiring. I replaced the spark plugs, the wires, and the coil pack. The truck starts now, but the engine shakes and it sounds like theirs a clanking somewhere in their. Any help would be severely appreciated.

coil got wet, caused trouble codes.

if you are now hearing bad sounds you need to do a compression test before you drive it again. i would bet my truck on it that you sucked water in and bent a connecting rod or a valve. i have done this exact same thing to my truck. (had a knocking motor when i bought it, mud hole finished it off lol)

Run a compression check, if is low something is bent. I am not sure what engine you have but you can pick one up for cheap at a junk yard. Just give them yours as a core, so it will bring the cost down
