Almost Hydro locked it. Video inside.

Went out camping and found a nice spot to open up the truck. Went through a huge puddle...not the one in the picture..anyways..the puddle kicked my rangers ***. Right after it started running rough. Off to the parts store. Pulled plugs, cranked, cleaned and crossed my fingers since I was 2 hours from home. I was amazed a how much water came out.

All went well tho. Now gotta change the oil and all that jazz.

91 views and no negative comments. This site lost its touch!

guess its a good thing though.

i've been doing some research bout the water in the plugs....should i really change the oil a few times, or is one full change good? maybe leave the oil cap off for a bit with the plugs out and the drain plug out? just to ensure it dries right out?

I would think once would be enough... but it can't hurt anything to do it twice. Better safe than sorry!
