Interchangeable ford parts

I have a 94 ranger 3.0 with 245,000 miles on it...the whole top end was rebuilt a few months ago along with timing chain & gears, waterproof and many other suspension stuff. Any my question is what if any parts from a 93 taurus 3.0 would work on my truck...I'm especially interested if the distributor, fuel rail, iac, and a/c components will work? Also like to know if it's the same block ( I know about the head gaskets being different) thanks...

Just the block, heads and crank would be the same, it would have different cam, more HP less Torque.
Distributor will be the same.

Accessories, like AC and brackets "may work" but wouldn't count on it, and secondary problem would be the fan belt length and alignment, transverse mounted engines usually have shorter crank pulleys, closer to engine.

Lower intake and fuel rail may be the same, if both are gas only then injectors would be the same.
Upper intake won't be

Valve covers will be the same, car 3.0l had longer oil filler tube I think
