My check engine light came on and ran diagnostic check with my code reader. It said I had a code P0102, Mass air flow circuit low input. Went ahead and ordered a new MAF and before I install it, I would like to check the wiring harness (6 wires) to make sure there are no shorts in the harness or in the circuit for the MAF. Does anyone have a wiring diagram for the MAF, or can suggest which is the best way to go about in checking the wiring circuit?

MAF senor is a Heated wire sensor, so it gets 12v with key on to heat it up, so 2 of the 4 wires are for the Heater inside, A and B in the drawing, usually Red(12v) and Black(ground) wires

The other 2 wires are for the sensor part, usually Tan/blue and Blue/red
Key on connector unplugged I think you should see blue/red wire as 5volts, tan/blue is the signal return so probably 0v
