I took my truck to the shop and one issue that was noted was the MAF. I was under the impression this was the mass air flow sensor. The shop guy told me that a mass air flow sensor would say MAS. He told me he did not know what a MAF was....??? I swear it is the mass air flow sensor. So, I came home cleaned my MAS, no change. Then I unplugged it why it was running. NO Change, but maybe a little but higher idling. When I plugged it back in it bogged back down like it wanted to die, then pick back up...Any Thoughts? If i unplug it shouldn't I see a significant change?
