Need some help

Hey everyone im having some issues getting my truck running. I replaced the heads, push rods and did the fuel injectors on cylinders 2&3. I know i should do them all but money was limited and those were the two cylinders that were running low compresion. After all the work the truck is running rough still and is back firing a bit. I needed to keep the gas on to keep the truck running? I was thinking fuel pump or the timing might be off but im not sure. I know this is hard to dignose with only limited info but if anyone could point me in a direction that would be great.

Doube and triple check your plug wires and make sure that they are running to the right cylinders.

What was the issue before the head and injector work?

all that is correct the issue was there before and i started with the basics ,changed the oil, air , fuel, spark plugs. After that i took it to a shop and they told me low compresion in cylinder 2 and 3 and needed a valve job. After the price shock i decided it was cheaper for me to do them so i ordered a set of new heads and replaced them with valves and everything in place. After all the work the truck seemed to be running better then before but still not right. Now its back firing a hard to keep running in genral

ok heres an update. I can put my foot in my mouth, i put the plug wires were they go after tripple checking and now its a lot smoother but at 4000 rpm i get a a crackle and it still sounds like the idle is a little rough or un even. Could this be due to a timing issue? no cel or codes
