No turn signals (replaced flasher, switch, checked fuse)

Title says it all, no turn signal lights on the dash, headlights, or tail lights. I checked the fuse first, then replaced the flasher, and just finished installing a new turn signal switch to no avail.

Perhaps worth noting, before I replaced the flasher, I got quickly blinking lights on the dash - after the new flasher, no lights. After installing the new switch, neither the new flasher nor the old flasher produces any lights on the dash. Currently at a loss as to how to move forward on this one.

New to the forum, hope I'm posting in the right place - feel free to correct me if not. Any ideas are welcome and appreciated! (1992 XLT)

I'd check for power to the flasher. is there power at the fuse?
