Welcome to the forum

It would help to know details of the problem

"Turn signal issue" is not very specific

Front, dash and rear are all effected nothing lights up?

Some light up but don't flash?

Do the parking lights and head lights work fine?

Do the brake lights work fine?

Hello back

So just the exterior turn signals are not working
But dash indicators do work(flash) when turn signal stalk is used, odd one

And hazards working means wiring to exterior bulbs is good, they share the same wires.

In the cab fuse panel Fuse 20(10 amp) powers the turn/hazards lights via the relay, Fuse 17(15amp) powers the relay itself

So both of those must be good for hazards to work

Only common thing after that is the multi-function switch wires coming FROM the relay

There are two wires, one for hazard power one for Turn power
The Light blue wire at multi-switch looks to be Turn power
White/red stripe is hazard power

I would test those for power
