P0446 is "evaporative emission control system vent control circuit malfunction"

EVAP is a system that seals off the gas tank to prevent fumes from escaping while driving and gas is sloshing around
It uses engine vacuum to pull gas fumes from the gas tank thru a charcoal canister and then into the engine to be burned.
It has a vent that opens and closes to create and release this negative pressure in the gas tank, your vent may be plugged or vent solenoid may have bad connection or solenoid itself has failed

Not related to OD(overdrive) light flashing.
Is speedometer working?

Have a transmission shop check for codes, P07XX are transmission codes, regular code readers may not see these
